All rooms are previously disinfected with ozone to ensure your safety against COVID.

It has one room with a double bed, two rooms with two single beds each and a double sofa bed.

La Era is equipped with a crib-playpen, a high chair, safety rails on stairs and beds in addition to dishes and cutlery for children.

In the garden there is a charcoal barbecue that can be moved.

The living room and bedrooms are equipped with quiet ceiling fans to combat the heat.

Kitchen with refrigerator, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, pots and pans.

Including towels, sheets, soap and toilet paper.

La Era garden has got 1.000 square meter with a picnic table inside the porch.

Single garage in the house and space for more vehicles in the 1.000 square meter fenced garden.

Washer and dryer in a independent room to isolate the noise.

The living room has a wood fireplace for the winter.

Terms of use:: - Time of entry from 16:00 hours, consult to modify this schedule.; - Departure time before 15:00 hours, consult to modify this schedule.; - Maximum 8 people. Only the number of people indicated in the booking will be admitted.; - Minimum stay of 2 days, except 5 days in July and August.; - Maximum stay of 30 days.; - The reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance.; - Smoking is not allowed inside the house.; - It is totally forbidden to hold parties.; - The house must be picked up and in good condition upon delivery.; - Pets are allowed upon request.; - Inform in advance the approximate time of arrival, the reception will be done in person. If this is not possible, a code will be provided to access the safe outside the house with the keys.; - To formalize the reservation 25% must be paid in advance, the rest on the day of arrival.
Cancellation Conditions:: - The entire advance will be returned if at least fifteen days notice is given.
